Multi-Certified Therapist
Sayaka was born and raised in Japan and worked as a multi-certified Therapist. She is a certified Esthetician, Massage Therapis and Makeup, and Nail artist since 2009 (for 27000 hours) in Japan. Now that she is located in the Bay Area, Sayaka went on to re-do her esthetician and massage therapy schooling and is certified as both an esthetician and massage therapist in the US. Her dedication and non stop pursuit of providing the best experience together with her sunny disposition and incredible positive outlook means she fits in beautifully at Total Glow. On joining the Team, Sayaka said she felt she had a found the perfect place to land.
She has trained in Endermology, IPL Treatments, Skin Care, Chemical Peels, Waxing, Microdermabrasion, and other electric modalities in Japan. Her extensive experience as a massage therapist in Japan includes several types of massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Thai and many more as well as a customized massage experience for an individual.
Sayaka attended Miyazaki Southern Beauty College, 2000 hours program in Japan. Her interest is in health and beauty maintenance by holistic care. Her education in California was at Skyline Esthetician for a year Program to receive Esthetician certification and passed the licensing exam. Also, she is receiving the massage therapist license (CAMTC) in September 2023. Sayaka is always motivated to improve her massage and esthetics skills by listening to clients' feedback and studying other techniques in this industry.
