Front Desk Coordinator
Olivia is our frontline administrative superstar. As our Client Coordinator, however, her tasks go far beyond her title. Her incredible ability to multitask, organize and contribute as a self starter has quickly made her a valuable member of the Total Glow Team. Olivia not only brings her ground floor interest in business with her B.S. in Business Administration, but former experience as GM of a sports franchise.
As Total Glow started as a Wellness business in 2017 which solidly remains our commitment, her background as a Certified Personal Trainer, dedicated to health and Wellness and love of the aesthetic industry makes her a perfect fit with Total Glow and the myriad of opportunities. We know we can count on Olivia to ensure our clients and clients are taken care of promptly and professionally. As part of our Team, we enjoy her sharp wit, sense of humor and creative input, not to mention as ongoing supporters of an animal rescue, Copper’s Dream, we love she brings another Total Glow furry member to the TG Team, her dog, Koko, a cute Pomeranian girl with loads of personality and a penchant for dressing up.
